We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gandys gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. If your adventure didn't fit quite right, we’ve made the process of returning or exchanging your products simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
